30-Day Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once this 30-day period has elapsed, we're regrettably unable to accept returns or process refunds.
Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, complete with any tags and packaging.
Products sent back damaged, used, altered, or missing components may not qualify for a refund, unless the fault lies with us.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers cover the cost of return shipping, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect as a result of our error — in which case, Amber Ashton will cover the return shipping cost.
How to Return Your Order
Here's how to return your order:
- Email our support team at support@amberashton.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and send you return instructions along with the correct return address.
- Pack your item carefully and send it back following the instructions given.
- After we receive and inspect your return, your approved refund will be processed within 7 days.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges aren't available. For a different size, colour, or style, simply return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred choice.
