If your shoes are labelled in US sizes, add 2 to your UK women's size (UK 7 = US 9) or 1 to your UK men's size (UK 7 = US 8). When in doubt, go by your foot length in cm.
How to Measure Your Foot Length
- Grab a sheet of paper and a pen.
- Place the paper against a wall and stand on it with your heels touching the wall.
- Mark the spot at the tip of your longest toe (it helps to have someone assist you).
- Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (heel) to the line you marked (toe).
- Do not add anything extra – toe room is already built into the shoe.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once this 30-day period has elapsed, we're regrettably unable to accept returns or process refunds.
Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
